The commandment of Fasting

Fasting is not an advice, or an admonition, fasting is a commandment. It is when you fast and not if you fast. “Moreover, when ye fast” Mat.6:16. Fasting means to afflict our body in order to edify our spirit. Your glorious destiny cannot be actualized until you enter into the commandment of fasting. There are some forces holding people destiny that will not go until you fast. As you follow the instruction of fasting, what will not let you go, will go for you.

There are heavy yokes will never be broken until you take the responsibility of fasting. “Is this not the fast that I have chosen to loose the band of the wickedness? To undo the heavy burden, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke.” Is.58:6.

The reason why you are still like this is because you have not obey the commandment of fasting. Fasting is what facilitates answered prayer.

Fasting without prayer is a mere punishment. It is the prayer that God answered in the fast. Prayer is what gives values to fasting. “Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.” Mat.17:21

The day that empowerment will come for free has not come. Nothing is for free in this kingdom. Until you pay the price for the blessings your mountains remain at the spot.

God is not a task master, He is a paymaster. Things that will impress you will not expand you, things that will expand you will not impress you. God doesn’t speaks to impress people, God speaks to expand people.

Those who do common things end up with common results, those who do uncommon things end up with uncommon results. Blessings are not reserved for some special people and incase it is, this means you are special.

As you obey the commandment of fasting via the illumination of this word, every/all mountain or mountains still hanging over your life, perpetual hills are levelled up today. As from today, you won’t know the address of afflictions, poverty, failure, stagnation, frustration, etc again.

You don’t watch what you don’t want, you will have to take responsibility.

Don’t only wait for a proclaim fast, be inspired to fast. There are so many believers who have sold there birth right for a morsel of food. Everyone was blaming Esau when He sold his birthright to Jacob, do you know how many believers selling their birthright today?

Those who fast are speed in life. It is either you are flying, running or walking when you fast, you can’t fast and be stagnated. “But they that wait upon the lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as the eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” Is.40:31. There are places that you should have reached in life, there are exploits that you should have command but you will not put the word to work. At the entrance of this word, the last time you crawled, will ever be the last crawling you will ever experience. You won’t be found on the floor any longer.

If the  the doctor ask you to bring some certain amount of money or not to eat some certain foods and to take some certain drugs and injections you will obey him with trembling. Those who neglect obedience are cheap prey to satanic oppressions and assaults. Live ready, it might be too late to get ready!

It is ignorance to accept any negative situations. “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Hosea.4:6.  Jesus already took away your pains and sickness. Mat.8:17. He was poor so that you can be rich. 2.Cor.8:9. What you don’t want, you don’t watch.
