There are no lucky men, there are lighted men. The quality of your light equals the quality of your life. Every man is responsible for the outcome of his life.
Don’t blame God, blame yourself. Don’t question God, question yourself. Your spouse, cousins, uncles, aunts and parents are not the cause of your predicament. You’re the one responsible for your woes.
A closed mouth is a closed destiny. Anybody that can eat or talk can pray. As you’re feeding yourself with food also be feeding on God’s word.
There is nothing mystical about faith. Faith is simply a product of the word you receive, believe and obey.
The blessings are real and are not reserved for some special people and in case it is, that means you’re among the special people. Start taking responsibility and collect the blessings from your parents by being responsible.
You’re what you think, “As he thinketh in his heart so he is.” Prov.23:7. When you think positive, you’ll get positive results, when you think negative, you’ll get negative results. This is a divine setting. God can’t break this principle because of you. God answers thoughts as much as he answers prayers. The woman with the issue of blood didn’t have to say or pray before she got her healing.
“For she said within herself, if I may touch his garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned him about and when he saw her, he said, Daughter be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.” Mat.9:21-22
Your mind can either make you or break you. Watch out for what you are allowed to stay on it.
You’re what you say, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” Prov.18:21. Make a bold declaration Inline with what you believe. Whatever we declared with confidence we’re empowered to become.
Life is a choice and not chance, everyone chooses what they want. Those who chose not to pray will die prey in the hands of the wicked. You chose to serve and you chose not to serve, it’s your choice. You chose either light or darkness, blessings or curses, truth or lies. You don’t need to be coerced or forced. They are all your choices. You have the ball in your court.
If you call on God, he will answer you. If you don’t give up on God, He will not give up on you. He’s able to do what he says. Prayers are meant for answers.
Christianity is not a religion, it is the manifestation of God’s power in the life of his people. Christianity without results will lead to mockery. Results are proofs of obedience.
The gospel of Christ is cheaply preached when there are results to show. Imagine a preacher with tuberculosis, how will he preach healings to the unsaved while the saved have not been free from sickness.
If you point one finger to your parent, the remaining four fingers are pointing back at you. You’re in this ugly position because of your nonchalant attitudes towards obedience. It is better you move with the cloud before it is too late. Everybody is moving.
Henry Ford said if you’re 20 and you stop learning you are old but if you’re 80 and keep learning, you are young. Knowledge is the key to freedom. It is not by might, it is by light. Stop checking sad news that will drain you from the newspapers, start searching the scripture for answers. The bible is a solution book. It is key to liberty.
Albert Einstein said, not everything that counts can be counted, not everything that can be counted that counts. Most of the things that fly around are lies, lies from the pit of hell, camouflage. Don’t get carried away with deceits. See the truth through the window of the scripture. Feed and print with it and speaks after its prescriptions. God’s word is your road map. Indeed, it is your life manual. If you don’t want it to malfunction, don’t operate outside it.
If you don’t take responsibility, you’ll as well die as a liability. Live ready it might be too late to get ready. Everyone has their own burden to carry. Your cousins or uncles have their own families to feed. Stop looking unto man for help, start looking up to God. The impotent man beside the river of Bethesda waited for 38years for the natural man to carry him into the river (Jn.5:7).
Shake off the shackles of religion and walk out of your misfortunes by being responsible. Don’t be religious, be real! Obey God’s commandments tirelessly and unrepentantly.
Where God is taking you to is far beyond where you’re today. You can’t be dedicated today and not be decorated tomorrow. This is a divine setting, dedication precedes decoration. Jesus could do nothing outside obeying his father’s instructions. Jesus was decorated with a powerful name which all other names bow to (Phil.2:8-13)
