Virtues of praise

Praise life style kills the prayer project mentality

What are the virtues of praise?

(a) There is presence of God in praise – You don’t make things happen in life. It’s God’s presence that make them come to be. A praiseful atmosphere is a ‘Godful’ atmosphere; a ‘Godful’ atmosphere is a wonderful atmosphere.

It takes the presence of God to break out of the prison door of your life.

Acts 16:25-26 KJV
“And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. [26] And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.”

Somebody is walking out of the prison door.

As you put on the garment of praise today and dance before the king, this week strange things will happen.

What your efforts can’t earned you in 100years to come, God will give you within forty eight hours. Within 3days a cup bearer became a governor.

(b). There is increase in praise – Get this straight: Multiplication is a function of appreciation.

Psalm 67:5-6 KJV
“Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. [6] Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.”

The reason many are few in life is because they keep a heart filled with grumblings and complains. Murmurings will further mess up your situation while complains will complicate your matters.

Many – though born-again Christians- have turned themselves into prayer projects; they got bitter with God and magnified their problems out of proportion.

Most things called prayers are murmurings. If you can turn all bitterness into praise you will be manifesting the miraculous on every side.

If you say you have no shoes; have you ever met a man with no legs before? If you don’t thank God for that one room apartment that is where you will die.

If you say you have no job; what if your case were mental case will you be able to go to school? The fact that you are a potential candidate for employment requires praise.

This is the reason many are few in life.

Jeremiah 30:19 KJV
And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.”

To be continued…
