Onto the teaching…
First understand that curses are not limited to generational curse alone. In the same vein, barrenness is not limited to the fruit of the womb.
The truth is that a fellow can be cursed or barrened financially – it goes beyond fianances as well (this cut across all realms of existence)
Wait a minute, any ugly or unwanted situation that has been hanging or lingering around for a long time is a curse.
Psalm 30:5 KJV
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
Enough is enough to shame and reproach. This is why I would like you to take an angry look at that unwanted situation and tell it to disappear.
Whatsoever you can’t despise you can’t dominate

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
Your mouth is your destiny moulder
Get ready to put up a fight. The scriptures says that *fight the good fight of faith
Reasons many are still under financial curses and bondages
A). Non-thiting disease – there is a disease called the non-thiting disease it’s the major root of all financial misfortunes.
Malachi 3:7-10 KJV
Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them . Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the Lord of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return? [8] Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. [9] Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. [10] Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it .
In blessings God will bless you; in multiplication God will multiply you. Our God is a God of addition and multiplication
Matthew 6:33 KJV
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Jeremiah 30:19 KJV
And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.
But, you must not forget to acknowledge Him with the 10 parts of your earnings (both gross and net).
Understand that financial empowerment doesn’t answers to prayer nor fasting. Rather, it answers to the the law of giving and receiving; seed and harvest time
Deuteronomy 8:18 KJV
But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

Concerning tithing, you have quoted only OT passages. What did Paul teach? I only remember him saying to give as one is purposed in their heart. Nothing about 10 percent.

And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them , of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.
In respond to your question. In the scripture above we were told that the men that die receives thithe. Jesus us the one that died and yet live. Therefore, thite payment has it’s root in the new testament. Hope I have answered your question. Thanks for stopping by👍

Hebrews was written to Jews (Hebrews). Under the OT, the Levites collected the 10% tax, but their office and function only had existence under the old covenant. The writer of Hebrews is teaching the Jews that the time has arrived to move on to the New Covenant because the old covenant is now fulfilled and set aside. Did Paul teach that Christians are supposed to tithe 10 %. No. Do you not think that if tithing was a command for Christians and Paul failed to teach it, that he would be disobedient to God? Paul mentions financial matters but never teaches tithing.

Speaking of the old covenant. Jesus Christ came to connect us to this covenant. If u av received Jesus as ur personal lord and saviour the old covenant works for you. We are the seed of Abraham & through Jesus Christ we are connected to Abrahamic covenant of greatness.
Galatians 3:14 KJV
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
