The hallmark of the gospel of Jesus Christ is simplicity. The mysteries of the scripture is wrapped up in simplicity of Jesus. Life is complex. Nevertheless, it requires the simplicity in Christ to solve the complexity of life.
“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” – 2.Cor.11:3
Moreover, our understanding of any subject matter will command outstanding outcomes in that area. This made knowledge to be priceless more than any other thing. God’s people are perishing due to ignorance
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” – Hosea.4:6
DESTINY
Destiny is neither a myth nor a tale. It’s not a drama neither a fantasy. DESTINY is real. The word destiny is coined from the word destination. Our destination in life can better be known and view through the lens of the scripture and by taking scriptural calculated steps, our arrivals at our destinations in life can’t be farfetched.
From the scripture, we understood that we are predestined for glorification and enthronement
That is why I pray that whatsoever that does not look like Jesus in your life ends today!
“For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. [30] Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.” – ROM.8:29-30
Listen to this: In God’s plan, our destinies are envious destines. In the same vein – in God’s agenda – we have shinning and decorated destinies.
“For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him.” – Gen. 26:14
May i tell you this, We are not meant to be pitied. A call to serve God is not a call to the world of shame, reproaches and intimidations. Our destinies are envious destinies.
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. [2] For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. [3] And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.” – Is. 60:1-3
