Renew your mind – ever since the fell of the fallen angel (the devil or wicked one) every imagination of men have been towards evil continuously (Gen.6:5). This is why you must reprogram yourself by thinking positively. You’re what you think and anger has a strong connection with your thought. Your mind is the devil’s primary object of attack.
Listen to this: before you can be liberated from the world of hatred, emptiness, bitterness, malice and anger; let there first be a casting down of all mind debris. Your mind can either make you or break you.
If God who is the creator of the universe and all which are in it – including you off course – thinks and thinks positively, then you and I have no choice than to follow the same principle.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Do all things without murmurings and disputings (Phil.2:14) – wouldn’t it make a news if I’m caught in a brawl? While murmurings will mess up your situation, complains will complicate your matters. It’s uncommon this day to hear that “situations in the country are bad” “we are feeling the heat.” The truth is that there is nobody who is not feeling the heat but the way we manage ourselves is different from each other. Those who grumbled this way are programmed for destruction.

Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.
The Antidotes of Praises and Thanksgiving – We thank God for what He has done, we praise Him for what He will do and we worship Him for who He is. Those who struggle more and had little or no result are in the company of those who have not added praise to their efforts. If you’re not joyful you will be fretful. It leaves you with no option as praise is a commandment (Psalm.150:6). Until you maintain a constant praise lifestyle, the spirit of destructive anger remains your neighbour. Only if you can turn all your bitterness into praises and thanksgiving your life will be experiencing all kinds of additions and multiplications on every side (Jer.30:19).
