By redemption, we have been redeemed to enjoy health and vitality. Serving God guarantees our total freedom from sicknesses and diseases. All sicknesses and diseases come from the devil. An example was Job. Job.1:1-21. There is no affliction that is from God. Every believer must be very sensitive of this.
He took my pains and bares my sickness on the cross. I can never be sicked! “That it might be fulfilled of which was spoken by Esias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities and bares our sicknesses.” Mat.8:17.
All I need is the word ‘took‘. He already took, He is not coming to take. As long as I am still obeying scriptural commandments, I can never be sicked!
This is the kind of mentality that every believer should carry. God has be healing people long before your doctor went to elementary school. There is medicinal value in God’s word.
Sicknesses and diseases are illegal. They can’t be found in Jesus, they are not permitted in your body. Obedience has made your character the same as Jesus. You share the same gene with Jesus. So, if Jesus can’t be sicked, you can’t be sicked as well. What you can’t despise, you can’t dominate. What you say in connection with what you believe, has a long way to determine what you become.
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” Pro.18:21
Moreover, you can’t share the same gene with the healer, and not be a healer yourself. You can’t have the healing power and be the victim sickness. Greater than the work that Jesus did is expected of you. You are meant to be healing people than the way Jesus healed people through the power of God working in you. I must be crazy if God works through me to heal people and be sicked.
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these; shall he do because I go unto my father.” Jn.14:22.
“Behold, I give you the power to tread of serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Lk.10:19.
Ignorance of this, will make any believer to become a cheap prey to the wicked one. We have been redeemed to live in a hurt free zone.
“Yea, thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.” PS.23:4.
There is no natural man who will pass through the territory of the wicked one and go unhurt. It is God protection that has exempted us from this horror.
Noiseless breakthrough
You don’t hear the sound of a light when it dominates darkness. Our breakthroughs in Christ are noiseless breakthroughs. We are light in the world of darkness. We break new grounds noiselessly. Darkness is hopeless with light. It doesn’t struggle with it Which means every item in the list of darkness is helpless with us.
Any genuine believer who is engaging in what the word says has the capacity to confuse the enemy of how his success came to be. When you enter the word, people will no longer be able to explain your efforts but yet they will never be able to deny your effects.
“The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is everyone that is born of the spirit.” Jn.3:8.
We are not achievers, we are privilege receivers. We make our marks in life by grace and It doesn’t take time for grace to turn into disgrace. Anyone who doesn’t want his grace to turn into disgrace, should remain committed by doing what the word says.
Our subscriptions into the idea of obeying scriptural instructions is the surest gateway to our liberty from all sicknesses and diseases.
“And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.” Ex.23:25.
