Something Isn’t Right

We are a people of equal destiny, why are some living like destitute? Something must be wrong (see, Rom8:29-30). God has predestined everyone of us for an equal glorious destiny.

Every provision in God’s kingdom requires a mate to deliver its purpose. It’s very crucial that a male and a female come together to mate in order to produce a child. So also, it requires a scriptural mate for your breakthrough to deliver.

When God created a man, He also created a woman with him. When God instructed Noah to take some beasts and fouls into the ark, He was also ordered to take them along with their mates.

“…of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not by two, the male and his female.” (Gen.7:2)

All covenant requirements are in pairs. They’re in two dimensional like a two-edge sword. Until you find your scriptural mate, your breakthrough can still be farfetched.

For instance, prayer alone will not work but prayer with faith inline will engender strange results.

“Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” (Mark.11:24)

It’s not enough to intercede for the lost. Human intercession plus outreaches will rescue trillions of souls from fire and satanic afflictions.

“I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.” (1.Cor.3:6)

The way planting of a crop alone can never bring forth fruits, but planting and watering will produce bountiful harvest. So also, prayer alone may not be enough to save souls into the kingdom, but prayer and soul winning will produce mysterious results.

Understand this: Paul said I have planted Apollos watered but God gave the increase. Meaning that some categories of people can be praying on the prayer altar against the manipulation of the devil over the souls of the lost while other categories can be on the field bringing in the harvest and both categories are working towards the same goal which is kingdom advancement.

Having said that, there is nothing wrong in doing both. Remember, it’s to every one according to his/her work (Rev.12:22).

Hear this: God does not bless group; He blesses individual. God does not promote group; He promotes individual. Our covenant walk with God is highly personal and individualistic. So, I want you to take a personal approach in your covenant walk with God.

Positive confessions alone will not secure divine attention but positive declaration inline with positive thinking can cause sudden explosion of a dramatic change of story like a dream of the night. God can still turn your life around in 360degree like Nehemiah.

What your effort can’t earn you in 100years to come God can give you within 3months. In 3moths, God supernaturally turned a cupbearer to a governor. What a dramatic change of story. When God turn the captivity of Zion, there were like them that dream (psm.126:1 ).

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue (Prov.18:21).” “Open thy mouth wide and I will fill it (Pslm.81:10).”

“For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist (Lk.21:15).”

What you think and believe is what you’re empowered to become.

“As he thinketh in his heart so he is.” (Prov.23:7).

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us (Eph.3:20).”

You will be far funny enough to think that you can deceive God with your positive confessions while your heart is saying the opposite. You know what, God sees everything both within and outside.

“Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” (Heb.4:13)

Wait a minute: Faith alone cannot produce its potency. Our faith remains impotent without works. Why? Because the bible says faith without works is dead.

“Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead being alone, yea a man may say, thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works

….but will thou know, o vain a man, that faith without works is dead (Jms.2:17-18/20).”

The fact that you’re obeying scriptural injunctions is a proof that you still believe in Him. It’s not the word that enters us that produces faith. It’s our entrance into the word that produces faith that yields results.

It’s fasting and prayer that clear off barriers (funny enough, there are no barriers, there is ignorance – Hosea.4:6).

Fasting without prayer is just a mere punishment. Prayer is the value offers in the fast while fasting is afflicting our body in order to edifies our spirit. Fasting enhances answered prayers. Finally, Prayer without thanksgiving is a waste and playing without knowing.

“Be careful of nothing: but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God (Col.4:2).”

The Conjunction “With” in English Language indicates necessity. Therefore, asking without thanking will lead to frustration and bitterness. Thanksgivers will always receive even without asking (John.6:6), thanksgivers will always watch God taking over there battles (2.Chro.20:22). And when God takeover, your battle is over.

There is nothing of value that is for free

    2. Beautiful Post! A little too much of God & Jesus, although I am a fan of what Jesus had to say, none of the Christians I have met seem to put into action His precious words, so I call them Hypocrites; they will readily quote the Old Testament, yet ignore the New Testament, which is a work of Love!,,,I have read that Bible from cover to cover…..The old testament is an old men’s written attempt to get money in their pockets from the ignorant masses, It is all full of Lies, untruths, and mostly bullshit, there I said what I think, thank YOU GOD for Free Speech!

      1. Yes, Jesus is our perfect example but all scriptures are given by the inspiration of God, good for instructions, doctrines and reproofs. God said that by His spirit he had gathered the scripture. Whether old or new testament, every written statement in the bible serves as a guide for us to follow. Thanks for reading and commenting. God bless your heart

        1. Remember Ms. Adedoyin, that the” god of a petty mind, is a petty god”…J. Krishnamurti, Commentaries on Living, 3 books……I have stopped thinking, yet I am thinking to write to you, yet this requires no thought at all, since I just say what comes into my mind, this moment in time is all we have, all the rest is memory, history, lost forever on the dusty shelves of history, or shortened: STORY……

          1. No worries, you’re always welcome to express your thoughts. Yes, we can’t allow ourselves to be trapped into our past but we have the present to enjoy and most importantly our future. Thanks for the reply. God bless you.

            1. Thank YOU for that blessing! It means a lot to me, because the blessings of life is what keeps my old Heart Beating on…..The Great Spirit has surely blessed me, at 74 still able to haul in wood & coal, to toss another Log (Sacrifice) into my fire, and remember to thank that fire for burning for old me…..I just played the best music of my life on my eight & twelve Tongued drums, I played them to honor that Fire, that burns within me, that Fire is going to change this world into a better place to have the experience of Life on, Wait & See what Old Man can do with His Set of Keys…..
