Fear – A Bait For Defeat

A bait for defeat

Prayer for the leaders – pray for the leaders, the spirit of fear leaves them. Fear – a bait for defeat. War – no one wins begging. Goliath – king of pride: a giant bragging before the God’s chosen ones, almost everyone urinating in their pants, allowed the fear to creep and hold a grip.

For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways (James.1:7-8)

Covid-19 – a Goliath bragging & jesting making world leaders almost paralyzed. Quarantine and locked down measures close down our sanctuaries where healing and deliverances erupt. David – an exemplar of faith – chopped off the giant’s head with his mouth before the actual killing took place – with five stones and a catapult victory was declared. You see, your mouth, your destiny moulder – life and death are in the power of the tongue (Prov.18:21).

Spiritual vacation is a risk

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is ; but exhorting one another : and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching (Hebrews.10:25).

Spiritual vacation, at your own risk. Online church warning: don’t worship lying down on your bed or with a wrapper across your waist. Dress up as if you were going to the sanctuary on a normal day (things will soon return back to normal). Why? Those who approach God casually become casualties. “The idle hand is the devil’s workshop. King David – an exemplar of spiritual vacation or war vacation, all the same, life is a battle field; we wrestle not against flesh & blood(John.10:10; Eph.6:16). Result: slept with Bathsheba & conspired Uriah’s death – Solomon bore the curse.

One thing leads to another or one sin leads to another. From disobedience to disobedience, just like a vicious cycle. David, a man after God’s own heart, tripped by evil one. Zion – a place of worship, appear regularly and live long.

They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God (Psalm.84:7)

Prophecy is bashed without faith

Prophecy – impotent without faith no matter who the prophet is. The just shall live by his faith, found in four places in the bible (Rom.1:17; Gal.3:11; Heb.10:38; Hab.2:4) – At the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established (2.Cor.13:1). Jesus the Jesus, given the Holy spirit beyond measure did no miracle and marvelled at their unbelief (Mark.6:6). The bible, book of prophecy without your faith – not the faith of the prophet – prophecy is futile.

Brethren, hope this passes a message of enlightenment and freedom. Embrace an asset and walk in dominion. Fear with its agent have torment & should not be accommodated in our fight against this deadly virus that is ravaging our planet. Let’s pray for our leaders that the spirit of fear leaves them.
