Life Is A Business

Life is a business (you are either making profits or recording losses). It demands a serious approach to any quest in life to arrive at a glorious result. A business approach to life will always result in an enviable future. At the age of 12, Jesus already knew where He was going. At a point they wanted to make Him a king, He fled to the mountain because that was not where He belongs (See John 6:15).

If you don’t know where you are going, anywhere may look like it. You need to focus to make the most of life. Those who go through many roads may never arrive at their destination. Focus is a principal requirement for an enviable tomorrow.

Serving God is a must (It’s a big-time business!). Jesus said I must be about my father’s business. Until serving God becomes a must your breakthrough testimony is out of view. Those who approach God’s service casually ended up as casualties. Christianity is not a passive religion. Christianity is not a religion; it’s the manifestation of God’s power in the lives of His people.

Knowledge is a fundamental requirement for a glorious future. It’s your know-how about any venture in life that sets the pace for a successful adventure. Eduction gives you a certificate while self-development gives you a future. Michael Faraday did not have the kind of education you have today, yet he was an inventor and a preacher by his commitment to self-development. Don’t approach any venture in life with common sense. A common approach will lead to a common result. There is an organizational structure that will help you to secure your future.

In Africa, we celebrate certificates while in developed nations, they celebrate discoveries. If you stop learning after graduation, you will degenerate. You need current working knowledge to resolve the current situation. Learning is a lifetime adventure. Pick learners are those that have learned how to learn. They are self-motivated and don’t need marks as a motivation to learn.

Parents, don’t keep your children (sons and daughters) at home after graduation. The eaglets cannot become eagles while they are still in your nests. Allow them to go out and find a purpose for their life. Don’t make them sit on your laps and baby feed them when they’ve become adults. No matter the quality of education that you give to your children, if they are not spiritual, you’ve lost them. Spirituality simply means scripturality’ (living according to the dictates of the scripture).

Jesus is the sure foundation to anything that requires building. Business is built; marriage is built. Many people do say: “we build this business;” “we build this marriage.” Jesus is the only sure, solid and reliable foundation where anything worth building can be built. Every skyscraper you see doesn’t have the same foundation as bungalows. The quality of the foundation determines the magnitude of what you will build upon.

When the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do? (Psalm.11:3)

Creation is a product of strategic planning. God did not look for water after creating fish. The process was logical and sequential. Our God is a God of order. Do you want to supernaturally succeed in your business endeavor? Let your business system be a tithing system (Abraham paid a corporate tithe; see Hebrews 7:2); let it be a righteous driven system. Stop cheating people; stop selling fake products.

The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon (Psalm.92:12).

Health is wealth. Righteousness facilitates health and health lead to exploits.

They that do know their God shall be strong and do exploits (Daniel.11:32).

Serving God is the greatest asset of mankind. You can’t serve God and be sicked; you can’t serve and be poor; you can’t serve God and be barren; you can’t serve God and die young. Appearing in Zion (church) facilitates strength and strength indicates longevity. No business guru on earth (dead or alive) can offer you these supernatural packages.

They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God. (Psalm.84:7)

If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. (Job.36:11)

And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfill. (Exodus.23:25-26)

Friend, life is a choice. You are responsible for the outcome of your life. This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live. (Deut.30:19) Your choice determines your lot in life. The ball is in your court. If you give your life a chance, you don’t have a chance.
