Obedience Speaks Louder Than Voice

Obedience speaks louder than voice. It’s not about preaching It, it’s about doing it (the devil can preach) But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves (James 1:22). There is nobody that doesn’t want a new car, it is the price that scares them. There are no stars without scars. Nothing of value is for free. Until you pay the price, you can’t make an impact (forget it!). Until you pay the price, supernatural blessings are not in view (Deut.28:1-3).

The word that enters you holds no value for anyone. It’s your entrance into the word that works. We need to start preaching about our entrance into the word. If you don’t have results to show, it’s a sign that you’re not complying with the terms of the covenant. You’ve stayed around greatness long enough. Now, step into it.

Following the footstep of a giant makes a giant. It’s not easy, because every of his step is a long jump. Nobody gets anywhere living anyhow, being idle, working leisurely, and over soaked with pleasure. These are not world changers, they are gallant losers. Serving God is work.
But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does (James 1:25).

There is nothing theoretical about Christianity. Christianity is not a passive religion. Those who think that Christianity is mystical are under a strong illusion.

Changed people change their world. It begins with you. Until you are changed within, you can’t change without. Until your mind is renewed, your life cannot be transformed. You can’t become a changed man until you think. The prodigal son had to sit down and rethink, if he did not go back to his father, the pigs would feed on him. Let this moment be a moment of reflection. It’s not too late to make a ‘u-turn.’ Staying in the middle of the road is a risk. It might be too late to get ready. Live ready. Surrender to the will of God. “Until you resign yourself truly to God, the journey is always rough.”-Anonymous

Anything can fail, obedience to the will of the Father can never fail.

  1. “Until you are changed within, you can’t change without.” Strong words, and ones that I am trying to live out now. Starting with something small, like getting enough sleep, I pray that God will help me move bigger mountains within my heart too.
