Fulfilling Your Purpose

You have to be abnormal to break the norms. You cannot be normal and be successful. The word “abnormal” is a combination of two words “above” and “normal.” Why do some people love to manipulate others with remote control? Controlling other people is like witchcraft. We are not designed to dominate people but our environments.

I believe life is a choice and not a chance. The ball is in your court. If you want to be trapped in the bondage of traditions, it’s up to you. Tradition sends you to school for the job. It hires you for the job. It fires and retires you on the job. Your entire lifecycle is being planned by someone who has become a victim of tradition. So, you don’t have a say in your life. God does not want you to continue like this. You have to be in charge of your life because you are created for dominion. In Genesis, God created man to dominate his environment. He created you to discover your area of domain or gifting and have dominion in that area.

It baffles me when I see people jumping from one job to the other. If your job is where your value is, you better pray that they don’t fire you on that job. Society is the biggest problem of humanity. Your parents want you to fulfill their plan instead of fulfilling God’s plan. If you are a parent reading this, please encourage your children to fulfill God’s purpose and not yours. God’s purpose for their destiny is greater than all the plans you can ever make for them. The Bible says: “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither ways are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heaven are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” – Isaiah.55:8-9.

Purpose is meant to be discovered and not to be determined. Don’t let people abort your dreams off their opinion. Ask God a question about why He created you? What are you born to do? Don’t allow your grades at school to determine the height you can scale in life. There are some of you that the school system has labeled average. And some of you have been told that you can never make it in life. These are lies from the pit of hell. The truth about you is in the scripture. In God’s view, you are a glorious son and daughter of God (Romans.8:29-30). In His agenda, you are not meant to be pitied, you are meant to be envied (Genesis.26:14). I don’t care about what they have said about you, you are breaking forth. Don’t live by people’s opinions; live by God‘s opinions. This will set you free from all negative things that they have said about you. “When men are cast down, then thou shall say, there is a lifting up.” Job.22:29.

You need to find God’s motivation for your creation to be fulfilled in life. The greatest goal in life is not to make a living, pay bills and die, but to die finished. Paul said, “I have finished my course. 2. Timothy.4:7.” Jesus said, “It is finished. – John.19:30.” Stop living for things, start living for value. Live to make a difference. Pursue a cause. If you don’t have a sense of destiny, you are just experimenting with life. Will your legacy be told for generations to come? Jesus left the earth thousands of years ago, but His vision still lives today. If you die, would your vision live? Would people read about you?

Stop wasting time hanging around the pigeons, it’s time to fly with the eagles. If you are the smartest person in the group of people that you called your friends, it’s time to leave that group. Your association is supposed to expand you. People may call you arrogant. Friend, stay around the people that will make your vision live. Don’t hang around people that will talk you down about your dreams and aspirations. Even if you have to leave your family to fulfill your dreams, leave. Your family can be your greatest dream killer. Joseph’s family was his dream killer but God took Him out of those that would have killed his dream. Pursue your assignments. Resign to God. Run after your dreams. It pays the most.
