Have you gotten to your crossroad saying “this will take God” What will take God will take praise. Praise is what to do when you don’t know what to do (See 2 Chronicles. 20).

Cute picture, but contrary to the popular philosophy, believing in myself hasn’t been enough for me. I do, however, believe in the God who made me, that He loves me, and that with His help I can be everything He created me to be. With Him, the sky’s the limit! But without Him I’m nothing.

First, I appreciate your comment. That is true you’ve got to believe in God without Him nothing is possible. And for me, you’ve got to believe in yourself as well because nothing can be sinful more than self-doubt. That is the reason why Adam and Eve were displaced from the garden. I mean, God already said that we were created in His image, but they chose to listen to the devil who deceived them so that they could look like God when they eat the fruit. The devil was offering them what they already had. They doubted what God said, they doubted who they were. The devil also tried that with Jesus in Luke 4, but He overcame him because He knew who He was. I’ve got to believe in God; I’ve got to believe in me.๐

I never thought of it that way – that in Eden the devil was offering them what they already had. That makes the original sin even more foolish!
