Understanding the avenue to a golden destiny (b)

Understanding the avenue to a golden destiny

We are God’s heirs and joint heirs in Christ. As Jesus Christ was sent to be great also He sent us. Hear me well, Greatness is not our ambition; It’s our birth right

“And the angel said untot her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. [31] And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. [32] He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: [33] And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.” – Lk.1:30-33
“As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.” – Jn.17:18

Furthermore, through Jesus and by redemption, we are partakers of Abraham’s Covenant of greatness

“That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” –  Gal.3:14

WHAT ARE THE AVENUES THAT LEAD TO AN ENVIABLE DESTINY?

(A). Obedience

B).  Fear of God

(C). Godliness

 OBEDIENCE

Obedience is the cardinal mark of our glorious destinies. The journey of our enthronements begins with obedience. The release of blessings and rewards become a cheap possibility by OBEDIENCE to God’s commandments.

And also note that our shinning and decorated destinies are brought by and sustained or preserved by sustainable obedience. However, where everything fails In life, our obedience to scriptural injunctions can never fail

“And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. [9] Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: [10] That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;” – Phil.2:8-10

By OBEDIENCE, Jesus was enthroned.

It’s the master key to all that you desires in life

“And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: [2] And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God. [3] Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.” – Deu.28:1-3

In most cases what God might tell you to do might looks too cheap and simple but that is the answer you’ve been waiting for.

For instance, in the book of Jn.2:5, Jesus’ mother told the servants that whatever He ordered them to do; they should do it.

“His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it .” – Jn.2:5

This tells us that there is no room for argument or negotiation. You see, God is a commander (God of order)

In another instance, Peter and others toiled, struggled overnight. Frustration and despondency held a grip on them. They were worried and frustrated but when Jesus came in ( invite Jesus to that issue), He instructed them to throw their net for a catch and they did as instructed and that was it.

The miraculous erupted! They had a net-breaking harvest and Peter’s one man’s business before became a partnership business – you see transformation on the ground of obedience.

Hear this: your business enlargement await the manifestation of your obedience to scriptural injunctions of giving and receiving, seed and harvest.

“For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” – ROM.8:19

Don’t question God; question yourself. Don’t blame God; blame yourself. Nobody is responsible for the outcome of your life.

“And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. [6] And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake. [7] And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.” – Lk.5:5-7
