Discipline your thought, you’re what you think. Black does not connotes lack, because your skin is black does not mean that you are in need. Never carry yourself beggarly. Your father owns all the riches in glory – you are not a beggar. A needy mentality will always keep you poor.
In Nigeria for instance, many people run to Europe because they think that things are not working in their country, yet things are not working for them in Europe(Things have been working for me as a person in Nigeria).
It’s not money that makes you rich, it’s your thought in conjunction with your language. What you believe affects your language. The bible says, …out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh(Mat.12:34). It is what you think and say that you will become. As he thinketh in his heart so is he (Prov.23:7). Death and life are in the power of the tongue (Prov.18:21). That is why you must discipline your thought. Your thought can either make or break you. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life (Prov.4:23). There is a power in your thinking faculty that affects your language and then your action.
Life is not about what you take, life is all about what you give. An empty pocket does not connotes poverty, it is an empty brain that makes men die impoverish and pauper. Those who seek money may never be rich, but those who seek values will always be followed by riches.
You can’t give what you don’t have. It’s the qualitative knowledge that you acquired by reading, training and learning that will translate into qualitative services and products that you offer. Improve and develop yourself.
Back in the days in my country, rich people were known to be money ritualists. They would have to kill someone to make money. But if you try it this days, they will kill you too. It’s only those who can offer qualitative services and better products that are rich in our time. Use your brain.
If you don’t do brainy jobs you will take menial jobs. Put your brain into work, there is something you can create, your ‘father’ is a creator. If your are not richer than your parents you are a failure. You have to break records, if you do not pass the level that your ancestors you’re not a success. And if you have not done what nobody has ever done before in your field you’re also not a success. You need to walk through new path(become a pathfinder) and leave footprints behind. In 100 years time you’re no more here, you will become an history, your current vehicles and houses will become historical artifacts. But generations can read and talk about you.
So many people around the world today are making mere living, but only few are really making impacts. The ones making impacts are the people called stars, early, they found their purpose and calling in life and pursue it. They are visionaries.
You can’t have where you’re going in life and be loitering around, jesting and doing nothing to show that you don’t want to miss the flight of life. The flight of destiny is about to take off, are you still loitering around the street?
Every genuine child of God is a global citizen, we carry a universal gospel, Jesus come for both the Jews and the Greeks (1.Cor.1:14), there is no difference between White and black, brown and yellow. As long as you are a genuine covenant child of God, you are an ordained star.
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. -1.Cor.2:9
The summary of everything is that never limit yourself by your thought and the word that you say. This is very very important. Your thoughts can stop God from stepping into your affairs. God answers thoughts (see, Mat.9:20).
They saw themselves as Grasshoppers, and, so they were in the Canaanites’ sights and they could not posses the land. It’s the way you think of yourself that others will perceive you. Think well. Speak well and it shall be well with you.
