You have been redeemed to live the over comer’s life through the instrumentality of faith. “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” 1Jn.5:4.
“Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.” Eph.6:16. Never assume it, cautiously cultivate it.
Live ready, because, it might be too late to get ready. You don’t overcome because you are born again. You overcome because your faith is alive. “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” ROM.10:17.
“But the natural man receiveth not the things of the spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” 1Cor.2:14
