I love God easy to say but hard to understand. Many people can say it with their mouths that they love God. But most people are only saying it with their mouth their love for God isn’t genuine.
And also we should understand that when you genuinely love God then you can love everyone around you without discrimination.
John3 vrs 16 makes us understand how God love us so much that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believe in him should not perish but have everlasting life.
I will be discussing 3things which is (1) love yet lacking life (2) living through his love (3) living the Lord throughout our lives.
Love yet lacking eternal life …mark 10 vrs 17,21 22 1st Timothy chapter2 vrs3,4&5, the Bible reveals two aspects of God will for human kind with regard to Salvation, His perfect will which says that he wants everyone to be saved.
living through love… 1st John 4vrs6 genesis 1 vrs28 then God blessed them and God said to them be fruitful and multiply fill the heart and subdue it have dominion over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and Over everything that moves on the heart. U can see so much blessings in this that he filled us with because of love.
Let’s take for example when there is no love between two parties, to be useful for each other will be difficult, the first person can’t be blessed by the other; they won’t be able to help each other in any way.
And we also know that when one person loves the other even if who they love don’t love them back they will still be doing things in that person favour just because of love.
That’s why there is a saying that love conquers all. When there is love to live won’t be difficult.
john6 vrs 47…Rev 1vrs5 makes us understand what God did for us to convince us how much love he have for mankind and that he gave us so much opportunity , grace and life because He loves us He wants us to also love everyone the same way.
This will take me to the last one which is loving the Lord throughout our lives 1stjohn 4vrs19 and john13vrs1 .
It was before the passover feast Jesus knew that the time had come for him to leave the world, and go to His father having love His own who are in the world, He now showed them the full extent of his love.
God is a great example for us to follow and imitate because He shows us what true love really is He loves us with heart, soul and all that He has. Do we love him back?
Do we love him back? well I asked if we actually love him back because most people don’t, this is why it is hard to love human being like us because if you can’t love God who obviously loves you it will be difficult to love people around you, people you claim to be your family, friends and church members, in your area, community, country etc.
