A humble heart – humility

A humble heart

Continues…

(2). Maintain a closed proximity with God through the altar of prayer – the highest display of arrogance is to be prayer (spiritual) irresponsible. A prayer house is a power house. The entire world believe there is no a mountain that a prayer can’t made plain.

Matthew 17:20 KJV
“And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

1 Thessalonians 5:17 KJV
“Pray without ceasing.”

Luke 18:1 KJV
“And he spake a parable unto them to this end , that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;”

(3). Maintain a praise lifestyle : Praise is one of the surest platforms where the supernatural grace flows. If you are not joyful you will be fretful. For instance, King David who faced the most incessant oppositions during his reign but had victory over them all as a result of his praise lifestyle. He danced shamelessly to king; even with his Royal apparel – breaking all royal protocols.

It’s foolishness to be shameful of what is gainful. As you put on the garment of praise and dance before the king irrespective of your age, class, position or  tiltle; you are riding majestically into the thrown of favour. No battle of life will overcome you. Amen.

A humble heart – humility

A humble heartContinues….

(4) You need humility because it secures your access to divine provisions. Wait a minute, Lion isn’t the greatest animal; sheep is the greatest animal. Reason? The scripture says that the lion lacks and suffers hunger but the sheep’s welfares are catered for.

Psalm 34:10 KJV
“The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing .”

Matthew 6:6 KJV
“But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.”

Sheep will always obey his master. Obedience is the master key to all the blessings in this kingdom.

Deuteronomy 28:1-3 KJV
“And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: [2] And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God. [3] Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.”

How can I be humbled?

(1). Obey God’s commandments : Anything can fail; obedience to scriptural instructions can never fail. God is a commander. God operates basically on commandments and attached rewards for obeying them.

You as a partner with God; play your part of the deal and let God play His part.

James 1:22 KJV
“But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.”

Your tomorrow is determined by the level of your obedience today. You cannot be dedicated today and not be decorated tomorrow.

Philippians 2:7-11 KJV
“But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: [8] And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. [9] Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: [10] That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; [11] And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

Jesus Christ operated on this principle during His earthly ministry and He was enthroned.
