Newborn

My wife put me to bed on Thursday 14/07/2022 and we had our child named on Thursday 21/07/2022. Our child’s names are David, Inioluwa (Heritage), Eriifeoluwa (the testimony of God’s love), Adeyinka (crown surrounds me), Obaloluwa (God is the king), Adekolawole (He has come to bring in wealth), Akinola (The warrior of wealth), Fortunate, Emmanuel. He is our firstborn since we got married in October 2021. Join me in the celebration.

According to my private philosophy, I believe the name of a child has something to do with the destiny of a child. Remember Jabez in the bible, Goodluck Jonathan in Nigeria, Jacob means trickster and he exhibited what his name meant. God had to first change the names of His people to suit their offices so that they could fulfill their assignmentsy on earth. ‘Simon‘ means shaking reeds was changed to ‘Peter‘ original a Greek name, “Cephas” means ‘rock‘. Before the Holy Spirit came, Peter was a fearful Peter, but when He came, “Peter the rock” came alive. His name has to be changed to suit the ruggedness of his office. Jacob was changed to Israel, and Sarai was changed to Sarah. Abram was changed to Abraham. God is giving you a new name. Amen!

Nicodemus asked Jesus How can a man be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!”

Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.

You should not be surprised at my saying, `You  must be born again.’The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.

“How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.

“You are Israel’s teacher,” said Jesus, “and do you not understand these things? I tell you the truth, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven–the Son of Man (John.3:4-3).
