This Will Take God

This will take God

When men got to their wits end you would heard them say, this will take God (what will take God will take praise). You’ve done all you could, now let God do what you couldn’t (what is impossible by men, is possible with God). With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible (Mathew.19:26).

Praise is what to do when you don’t know what to do. Praise is the spiritual medium through which you transfer your battle to God (when God take over, your battle is over). This battle is not yours, hold your peace and stand still. The children of Israel didn’t had to shoot an arrow before God stepped into their case (I can see God steeping into your case today).

And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab and mount seir which were come against Judah and they were smitten (2.Chro.20:22).

The night preceding the execution of Paul and Silas, they set up a platform of praise and a strange thing invaded the prison house; the foundation of the prison shook and their chain fell off (I can see every chain of darkness over your lives falling off this week in the mighty name of Jesus).

In the temple that Solomon built, as singers were singing and then suddenly, a cloud filled temple and the messenger could not preach. High praise will always provoke the release of God’s presence (A ‘Godful‘ atmosphere is a wonderful atmosphere).

Strange acts like the sick receiving their healings, the blind receiving their sights, the lame walking still happen in the middle of praise warfares.

We were all taught about prayer as a spiritual weapon but we were taught about praise as a subsidiary (praise is major in any major conflict).

In Nigeria where I live, a barren woman sang and danced in a church service; she danced herself to a set of twins. Exactly 9 months after the same month she danced the dance, she delivered double children.

Wait a minute, there was somebody who had a domestic fire accident but as he was singing and dancing in a typical praiseful service, there came an invincible guest who embraced him and all the scars of the accident was wiped clean.

Who is like unto thee O LORD, among the gods? Who is like unto thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders (Exodus.15:11).

Praise is where God lives. If you want to see God practically in action, get into praise.

God inhabits the praise of His people

Friend, loose yourself from the shackles of depression, shake your feet from the dust, put on the garment of praise and make the devil commits suicide.

As the Israelites were singing and celebrating the wall of Jericho had no choice than to come down flat and levelled up (I decree every barrier standing on your way to place of destiny will be levelled up in the name of Jesus).

When Pharaoh pursued the Israelites, he was perished in the red sea (The Pharaoh that won’t let you go will perish in the red sea).

Thou shall decree a thing and it shall he established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways (Job.22:28).

Words Of Prosperity

It is what you think that makes you rich

Your destiny has its root in your mind. Until your mind is renewed your life can’t be transformed. It’s not what you have that make you rich, it’s what you think. What you have begins with what you think.

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and have good success (Joshua.1:8).

Wait a minute, first, it’s coming from your thoughts, then your mouth (because out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks) and then your acts. Your acts will be of no effects when your thoughts are contrary.

Take for instance, in the school of giving, you may be taking prosperity acts but thinking poverty thoughts. What you think and say are what determine who becomes of you. It’s breakthrough thoughts that make breakthrough, while it’s defeatist thoughts that make failure (you can’t think failure and arrive at success).

How to Praise God

How to praise God

How to praise God” is written by Adeola Adedoyin

We were able to discover in our last teaching the value in praise and the wonders in praise.

It is a good thing to give thanks to the Lord(psalms 92:1) one of the wonders of praise is that it ushers you into the presence of the lord(psalm 100:4). in the presence of God, the there is fullness of joy(psalm16:11). It is impossible to be in the presence of God and remain the same.

I will discuss tonight three ways to praise God.

The first way to praise the Lord is by Singing and Dancing: Singing and dancing by a true child of God reflects the joy bubbling in one’s heart. No one can be truly happy and successfully hide it. It is written that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

Singing and dancing can be a reflection on the mighty work of God that we have seen and heard. This attitude is not limited in scope. People of all age groups are to praise God. (Matt21:9; Hosea 2:15).

When we sing and dance in the presence of God like a baby without mindful of who is watching us, this make God to be delighted in us. And when father is delighted in His child, He shower blessing on such child.

King David knew this key, whenever he is praising God, he will sing and dance like a baby. This attitude make God to be happy and make God to call king David the man of his soul.

When we’re joyful our praise will go to our God and He will shower His blessing on us.

The second way of praising God is by Clapping And Instruments of music:

The clapping of hands and the use of instruments of music are other way a Christian can express his or her appreciation to God. Psalm41:1 says, oh clap your hand all ye people.
When it is done orderly and decently, it is pleasing unto God.

We can use various instruments of music like trimbrel, volin, organ, piano, and drum to praise God (psalm150:1-6). This attitude pleases God and it makes Him to be happy with and shower His blessings on us.

The last third way of praising God is Praising God in the Holy spirit: We re enjoined to redeem the time because the days are full of evil (Eph5:14-19).

A way of doing this is to make a melody in our heart and sing spiritual songs, this preventing the tongue from going astray. We can hand over the tongue to the Holy spirit to sing spiritual songs to the lord.

In conclusion we are enjoined to be the doer of the word not the hearer only.

Today’s teaching is a practical one which should be put into practice now and always. Sing unto the lord, dance unto him, clap your hand, use musical instruments to praise your maker. All these pleasing Him and there is a great reward for doing this.

Virtues of praise

Continues…

Praise is one of the vital button to press that provokes the release of the supernatural.

(3). There is favour of God in praise – God’s favour colours your efforts and covers your errors. You can’t dance before the king and not be favoured with answered prayers and fulfilled expectations.

Matthew 14:6-7 KJV
“But when Herod’s birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and pleased Herod. [7] Whereupon he promised with an oath to give her whatsoever she would ask.”

(4). There is Fresh Oil in praise – fresh oil connotes fresh revelation. Revelation equals manifestation. You can’t make things happen in life until it’s revealed unto you. Praise is your access is divine ideas.

You don’t allow the oil in your vehicle to go stale before you change it. Or do you? Many believers – even pastors – are operating on stale oil.

The kind of praise that I’m talking about is a praise lifestyle. Everyday is the Lord’s day. If you wait for something spectacular to happen before you praise Him, you will wait forever.

Psalm 92:10 KJV
“But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.”

(5). There is glory of God in praise.

1 Chronicles 16:35 KJV
“And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks to thy holy name, and glory in thy praise.”

A call to serve God isn’t a call into sufferings and buffetings; it’s a call into glorification.

Romans 8:29-30 KJV
“For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. [30] Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.”

Because I believe that you will praise God, an end has come and to every issue of shame and reproach in all areas of your life. Amen.ūüôŹ

Christianity is a mockery without dignity. Dignity and honour are the hallmarks of a genuine believer.

1 Peter 2:9 KJV
“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:”

However, it’s foolishness to be shameful of what is gainful. Wear the garment of¬† praise tonight and praise God for the joy that you have today and see wonders manifesting on every side of your life.

Our understanding makes us to command outstanding results, praise God with understanding (I mean do it with understanding) and watch out for outstanding results in all aspects of your life.

Praise perspective

Praise life style kills the prayer project mentality

It’s matter of perspectives. Out of parasitic perspective. It’s so disgusting the way many Christians have turned themselves into prayer projects by going from one prayer house to the other. Thereby, ending up with frustrations, magnifying their problems out of proportion and finally get bitter with God.

There is no frustrated praise warrior. Meanwhile, there are a lot of frustrated prayer warriors. Only if you can turn all your complains and bitterness into praise, the miraculous would be manifesting in all realms of life.

Praise lifestyle kills the prayer projects mentality. The authentic  reason why many are few and small in life, is lack of a praiseful lifestyle. They see what God has not done and fail to acknowledged him for what He has done.

Get this straight into your thinking: if you don’t thank God for that one room apartment, that is where you’ll die. If you don’t thank God for that joy that ¬†you have now, God won’t organized for more experience that will bring joy.

Praise is not a spontaneous activity neither an occasional acknowledgement of good deeds. It leaves you with no choice, praise is a commandment. Let everything that hath breath praise the lord. PS.150:6.

This is the surest solution to life problems. You will be neck deep in depression if you don’t add praise to your efforts in life. If the supernatural must be at your command, a praise lifestyle is a must.

The vital button to press

Praise is the vital button you need to press to operate in the supernatural

Praise is one of ¬†the vital buttons you need to press to access God’s presence.

Praise isn’t a spontaneous activity. It’s not occasional acknowledgement of good deeds. It’s the only authentic tool of transferring our battle to God. And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten (2.Chr.20:22).

Praise warriors are always spectators in their fights.

Note: we are not achievers, but we are privilege receivers. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing (Jn.15:5).¬†You’ll be gathered by men for mishandling and destruction until you abide in Christ. If a man abide in me not, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into fire, and they are burned (Jn.15:6).

Praise is the cheapest way to invite God’s presence. But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praise of Israel¬†(PS.22:3). Praise is where God live. And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundation of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone’s bands were loosed (Acts.16:25-26).

Praise is the master key to access divine secrets. But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil (PS.92:10).

Praise with understanding provokes God to increase our substance in all realms of life. And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them and they shall not be small (Jer.30:19). Then shalt the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us (PS.67:6). And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise the fishes as much as they would (Jn.6:11).

Praise in the dance is the gateway to the King’s (God) favour. But when Herod’s birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them and pleased Herod. Whereupon he promised with an oat to give whatsoever she would ask (Mat.14:6-7).

Praise in the middle of embarrassing situation is the cardinal mark of strong faith. Jn.6:11, Acts.16:25-26.

There are more vital buttons that you’ll need to press to operate in the supernatural but praise is a vital one.

God still works wonders in praise

Wonders of praise.

Happy new month and happy first Sunday of the month.

If you are not joyful you will be fretful.

If you have ever lost anything God is the reason why you have never lost everything.

You are not sad because things are bad, things are bad because you are sad.

A day like this is a day of praise and thanksgiving. Cast your mind back in time and ceased this opportunity to appreciate God for all the good things that you received from him.

Today’s post focuses on praise

What is praise?

I would start by defining what praise is not. Praise is not mere entertainment, it is not just the clapping of hands and the singing of songs.

Praise is a commandment.

Let everything that hath breath praise the lord. Praise ye the lord” pslms.150:6

Just like we have the prayer and fasting commandments. Praise is also a commandment of God.

Praise is God habitation.

But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest he praise of Israel.” PS.22:7

Praise a vital weapon for victory over the battles of life.

“And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and were smitten.” ¬†2Chr.20:22

What are the Six Virtues of Praise?

1). The presence of God. If you Want to seek God, pray. If you want to see God, praise him. While God send angels to deliver answers to prayers, He come down himself when we praise him.

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundation of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone’s band were loosed.” Acts.16:25-26.

You ¬†can’t cause things to happen in life by your power, it is God’s presence that makes them come to be.

2). The Favour of God – Praise facilitates God’s favour towards you. Favour colours your efforts and covers your errors. Praise fosters answered prayer.

“And when the daughter of the said Herodias came in, and danced, and pleased Herod and them that sat with him, the king said unto the damsel, ask of me ¬†whatsoever thou wilt, I will give it thee.” Mark.6:22.

The king here represents God. God is the king of kings. If you can put away shame and dance before the king, your heart desires will be cheaply granted.

3). An Avalanche of Revelation. Nothing came to be in life outside revelation. You can’t cause things to happen in life without Revelation. Revelation which you can get by engaging in spiritual activities in which praise is among. Manifestation is a function of revelation.

“But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.” PS.92:10

Fresh oil implies fresh revelation. You don’t wait for the oil inside the engine of your car to go stale before you change it, this is why you must maintain a praise lifestyle. In fact, I have never seen any frustrated praise warrior. You can’t be stranded of ideas by praising God.

This was the secret behind the working of the ¬†miraculous during Jesus’ earthly ministry. He always knew what to do. Whenever they were faced with hopeless circumstance, He gave thanks and the supernatural follows, multiplication follows. Nothing goes down in praise (Mark.8:6; Jer.30:19).

Let me tell you this testimony, my blog page has experienced unprecedented numbers of followers and likes last month. God has no problem in skyrocketing your business if you can obey his commandments.

4). Victory over defeat. Those who praise God when the battle is on, become spectators in their battles. They watch God taking over their battles and winning them.

And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah and they were smitten.” 2.Chr.20:22.

Some Profitable Approaches to Praise

1). Praise God shamelessly. It is foolishness to be shameful of what is gainful. Despite all royalties, king David danced before God – breaking royal protocols.

“And David danced before the lord with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod.” 2.Sam.6:14

2). Praise God with understanding – don’t just do it casually. God’s people are perishing because they lack knowledge (Hos.4:6). So, do it with reward’s mentality.

We just don’t praise God for what we received, but we also praise God for what we are expecting and yet to arrived. If you wait for something spectacular to manifest before you enter praise, you will wait forever.

3). Praise God with a loud voice. There is no silent praise.

“Make a joyful noise unto the lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.” PS.98:4.

4). Praise God fervently. The more you put fervency in your praise the more the rewards you receive. It is to everyman according to his work.

“And, Behold, I come quickly; my reward is with me, to give everyman according to his works shall be.” Rev.22:12

5). Praise God diligently (Eph1:16).

6). Praise God everyday (1.Tes.1:2).

The kind of praise I’m talking about is not just ¬†church activism, I’m talking about a praise lifestyle. Praise is the cheapest way to draw the hand of God.

As put on the garment of praise today and dance before the king, all your enemies will help kill each other. Your praise will intoxicate God that He will cheaply grant you all your heart desires in the name of Jesus.

Count your blessings

Appreciating

God told me that I should tell you to pause for some moments today and count your blessings. Look back at the things that God has done for you, count your blessings and name them one by one. Appreciate God for every item that you have received from Him.

May I tell you this little secret, I have never regretted in my life for serving God by obeying his ordinances (commandments).

As long as you are still breathing today, raise up the voice of thanks and sing a song from the from the dept of your heart unto the lord. Your breath is the only thing you need to give thanks.

“Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord.” PS.150:6

And, as you do so, God make you to walk in your high place in life. Supernatural enthronement will becomes the order of the day for you and your family in the name of Jesus (Hab.3:17-19).
