STEP by STEP

Oh God you baffled me! You amazed me!! I, the son of nobody became a force to reckon with. Though, I came from a less than rich family background – both of my folks are unlearned – yet you settled all my expensive school fees and made a graduate.

From the deepest place of my despair you brought me into the place my of glory.

Once upon a time, I was a lonely. Then, my world was ruled by the terror of fear. I was scared of everything. How would I make money? How would i pay my school fees? How would I buy my text books? How would pay rent? How would I get good grades? How would I funds my project? Bla! bla!! bla!!! Questions? Questions?? Questions???. To face these questions was very scary, I won’t lie to you.

Then came Your word. By Your word You took me out of my darkest area into illumination. Your word gave me hope that I can make it. That I can make things happen irrespective of my family background and my conditions.

But you did not show me how? You did not show me every of your blueprint. Why? Because you knew that if I know how tall the mountain would be I would be discouraged to climb.

The journey that seemed so far, you led me through step by step as your light shines through my path and every darkness on my way gave way by the incoming of your light.

I’m not afraid. I have confidence in you. I have walked through several miles. I have passed through several junctions. From the day I was born, to the time of my nursery and primary school to the time I was seeking admission and all through those periods of my tertiary institution and now that I am serving my country in a 1year service – which will be completed in the next 1month plus few days. Lord, I say thank you.

Now, good job and marriage are the next steps ahead. Whom to marry is no longer an issue. You have settled that case already.

Oh God, my faith have now become trust. I have no doubt in me again. I understood you now better than before. I know what you want and what you don’t want me to do. I understood want you can and will do.

It was you that brought me to this junction. Take me to the next junction.

Just like the way you have been doing it since my school time, do it also now.

Step by step, the pattern you revealed. Step by step, you will also guide me through the rest of my journey. Brick by brick, you built Rome. Word by word, my blog post was made. Step by step, my life will get to its peak.
