Obedience is the surest path to all of God’s benefits. Prayer and fasting do not affect financial wealth. Even though you have spent many years in the Lord’s house, you may still be financially barren. There is just one factor that determines financial success. GIVING. You cannot prosper if you are not a giver. You can only receive out of life what you put into it. Giving is the covenant path to financial success.
Obedience to the law of giving is your financial rescue. If you want power, pray and fast; if you want divine health, serve God; but if you want financial wealth, follow the principles of seedtime and harvest (giving and receiving).
In Genesis 8:22, the law of seedtime and harvest is established. It will take whatever it takes to keep the sun from shining in order to keep the law from working. A bird in hand is worth two in the bush, according to natural law; supernatural law states that the more you give, the more you receive. Everything that has worth in life is about making a contribution rather than possession.

The altar of sworn blessings is the altar of sacrifice. When God told Abraham to kill his long-awaited son, Isaac, Abraham complied, convinced that God was about to reveal another part of Himself. God appeared and delivered a ram just as he was ready to murder Isaac. Then He began to swear, saying, “I will make you a father of many nations.”
What about Solomon, who offered thousands of burnt offerings, the largest in history? God said to Solomon in Gibeon, “Ask me anything,” and he asked for wisdom to benefit the inhabitants of the land. God also blessed him with money, health, and long life. You see, you can’t be successful while being self-centered.

It cannot be in your hand if it is not in your heart. What is your motivation for the kingdom’s prosperity? To brag or promote the dominion of darkness? God will never leave the kingdom treasure to your custody until you have the right motive.
God desires for you to prosper. Stop reading the Bible out of context. Money is not the source of all evil; rather, it is the love for it. Don’t expect God to give you the money that will make you bigger than God. His thoughts toward you are of peace, not of harm; He desires above all that you prosper; He delights in the prosperity of His servant. What kind of father enjoys His servant’s prosperity and does not want you to be wealthy?
What you have does not make you rich; what you think does. What you have begins with what you think. “For as he thinketh in his heart so is he“(Prov.23:7). You are taking steps toward prosperity, yet you are thinking poverty thoughts and uttering poverty words. Financial prosperity will not be realized unless your thoughts and actions are in sync.
The surest approach to financial wealth is to obey the commandment of tithes and offerings on a continuous basis. This may appear to be too simple to be true. Remember, the devil subtly makes God’s message appear too simple for you to believe in order to derail God’s financial plan for your life. Christ embodies simplicity, which makes life easier. It needs Christ’s simplicity to settle all of life’s complexities.
“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ” (2.Cor.11:3).
Every lover is a giver, but not every giver is a lover, because some give for the wrong motives. For God so loved the world that He GAVE …… (John.3:16). You can’t claim to love your spouse if you don’t give. You can’t profess to love God if you don’t give. What exactly is passion? It simply refers to what piques your interest. Your heart will not be there, and neither will your money. If you truly love God, you will give for the sake of His kingdom. You are not adding to God, but rather to yourself. God does not require anything. He makes use of your seed to meet your need. Your seed represents a spiritual transaction between humanity and divinity (not a banking transaction).
In most circumstances, the returns on your investment will be in the form of ideas rather than money. This is what happened to Jacob and Solomon. When God says he will open a window of heaven and pour out blessings on you, he means it. What pours from heaven? Rain. It represents the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit, on the other hand, is the spirit of revelation. Immature Christians anticipate monetary payback on their sacrifices. Mature Christians anticipate ideas. God will send you revolutionary ideas that will catapult you into the realm of financial plenty. Simply obey.
